Nadesico OVA
This should be out by the time you read this, (so go grab it), a friend of mine recently introduced me to Nadesico, (after which I forced myself to rent several copies) which is definitely a hillarious sci-fi anime.
I recommend this to balance out any anime fan. (especially the ones who just saw Akira for the first time.)
This will definiteley prove to be a force in anime's bright future.

Gunsmith Cats: Bulletproof! DVD OVA

Bulletproof! looks like it will be a great addition to the Gunsmith reputation.
Altough I'm not the biggest Gunsmith fan around, I sure am looking forward to this promising title.
Already excited? This will knock you out! Bulletproof! contains all three Gunsmith OVAs! Not only that, but it comes with a 40-min "making of Gunsmith Cats" bonus!
This is shaping up to be the best time for Gunsmith fans!

Niea under 7

I don't know much about this title yet,
just that it's from the creators or Lain, and that
it seems there are Aliens in Tokyo. (I wish it was NeoTokyo)
There are some aliens that are referred to as "unders", the lowest alien form.
So, obviously, Niea 7 is an, "under".
